Kratom is legal in all American states except Indiana. It is not legal in Thailand, Australia, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Taiwan. We do not ship kratom to any states or countries where it is illegal.
Can I consume kratom?
If you are 18 years or older, you have a right to consume most things that do not pose a danger to yourself or others. However, with current regulations, kratom is not able to be sold for the explicit purposes for human consumption. It is generally sold as an incense, for research purposes, or as a botanical specimen.
Does kratom show up on urinalysis (drug) tests?
Although consumed kratom has some medicinal properties similar to opioids, it is not a chemical opiate and will not be mistaken for an opiate on a drug test.
