*Signature requirement for delivery is at our discretion. We don’t normally require signature for known customers. We may require signature for higher amount purchases and/or new customers. We can add a signature requirement by request. Please note: Some FEDEX & US Post Carriers will require signature, it is at their discretion. It’s suggested to be sure the area is secure and /or leave a note with direction for the delivery carrier.

US Post First Class (standard ) is 2-7 business day delivery time and can be added on checkout.

If you’d like your order sooner, you can add FEDEX or Expressmail delivery to any order on checkout.

How long will delivery take?

Normal shipping time for US Post Priority mail is 2-4 business days. (this is an estimate not guaranteed- please expect longer delivery times during holiday weeks, Nov/Dec holiday season and storm delays) *Priority Mail is not considered late until after 7 days.

US Post Standard First Class mail is normally 3-7 business day delivery * First class mail is not considered late until after the 14th day.

FEDEX next day Priority (early day delivery) or Standard (afternoon/early evening delivery) are delivered next business weekday. If you need Saturday FEDEX delivery please choose the Saturday Delivery option for orders placed on Friday.

FEDEX 2 Day Delivery Monday through Saturday 2nd day delivery – Friday and Saturday 2 day shipments are delivered Tuesday of the following week. Thursday shipments are delivered Saturday where available.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order is placed , during business hours it is immediately processed for shipping and tracking information is sent via email.

If your order is placed after hours it will be processed and shipped the first thing the next business day and tracking will be sent.
Will I receive a receipt for my order?

Yes, once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. You can also look up your order and tracking info in your account area .

Included with your order will be a paper receipt . if you don’t want to receive the paper printout, please let us know immediately after you place the order.
